What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

Hi, I am getting pylera for hpylori infection and since I found my utine darker sometimes esp in the morning (i found it a little bit darker like golden before starting pylera btw) I did urine analysis. After the test I found WBC 0-2, RBC 2-5 bacteria FEW, mucus many strands and epithelial cells FEW. I would like to know how am I in this case. I feel a bit chill and tired during evenings.

First of all,As a practicing doctor, I can assure you that the above mentioned results is perfectly normal and there is nothing to worry in it.
Coming to the situation, Number of antibiotics can darken the urine including metronidazole(flagyl). Metronidazole is a common constituent in H.pylori kit and it could be the reason for high colored urine in your case. you don't need to worry because it will revert to normal once the course of you H.pylori treatment is over.
Make sure you drink plenty of fluids each day to stay hydrated and keep yourself healthy.
All other parameters are normal,white blood cells and red blood cells are normal.No signs of UTI(urinary tract infection) or renal stones are there.
You can take acetaminophen for fever.
